Anthony is personable and efficient. I've been to MB of Marin a number of times over the past half decade (including when I bought my car from there) and this customer service experience was probably my most satisfactory instance to date.
Traci was outstanding in every way. Great communicator...always kept me informed...even while on vacation!! Very professional and friendly!!! Zero attitude. A keeper for sure! Thank you! I’ll be back again should I encounter anything else with the car. Would highly recommend Traci and your staff.

The Total Service staff @Marin MBZ were all friendly, professional and especially courteous....this includesTraci, the young woman @ the “checkout desk” and all the service technicians I encountered.....always wonderful to have a beautiful courteous car available!!

Why did I have a 9:30 am appointment for a simple diagnosis of a warning light that didn’t even get addressed for 24 hours? Clearly having an appointment meant nothing and I was of no priority.

He rescued a terrible situation for me today in both how the expectations for my service were set up originally in the service appointment process and the very busy timeframe when I was scheduled.
