I had a long wait with no one coming in to let me know what was going on. I finally had to go in and ask. For me personally MB has lost it’s customer first mentality that it had when it was RAB. Eliseo was fine. I just feel the whole operation has changed.

The car stayed with you a bit longer than expected due to a situation beyond your control but we were happy with periodic communication and the option of choosing recommended services now or later. Great service experience. Working with Eliseo is great and we recommend him highly. We bought the vehicle from you as a certified pre owned vehicle and were surprised that, given the few miles driven since the purchase, less than 400, the original tires were in such poor shape that they were replaced at this visit. They should have been replaced before the sale.

Steven is very competent and doing a great job. However, my car was damaged somewhere between the Mercedes roadside assistance pick up at my home, and me getting the car at the service center. It is not insignificant damage and this whole episode is now officially painful.
