Eliseo is the best. He’s a true asset to Mercedes. I would have switched car manufacturers if it were not for Eliseo.
I am still having the same problem I brought the car in for. It’s not Eliseo’s fault. The techs couldn’t replicate it, but it still needs to be fixed.
Steve is very attentive to all of our concerns, and MB of Marin has an awesome service department.
