I'm completely satisfied with the service. Eliseo and all the receptionists I talked to were all professional. And the valet service guy who picked up and dropped off my car on 4/21 & 23 was exceptionally nice. He deserves a special bonus! I've been to another MB service dealer closer to my home but you guys are the best! Yukari A
