Service was to repair window control panel on the driver’s side, which was repaired and Steven Drew, my new adviser was great. However, the last time I had my car detailed, someone went through all of my personal effects. Tony Danai, my last adviser apologized for this and gave me a replacement detail, which was used on the March 20th service. Somehow the button for the center console was damaged. I will never utilize San Rafael, Mercedes Benz’s detailing services again as this is the second time I have experienced less than desired service. I’m very close to replacing my car with another brand.
