Traci is the best service rep Benz has period. White glove service will not book appointments with anyone else...she’s that good and No she didn’t ask me to write a review. Class A service Silver Star indeed.
Stephen’s courtesy helped me stay patient as the technicians diagnosed the problems with my vehicle; he extended the customer service I am accustom to and expect from RAB. My car is of the age where other owners choose cheaper repair options; but the service Stephen provided assured me that it was worth it to continue to use genuine Mercedes service that makes the process convenient and provides peace of mind. Thanks!!!!
Working with Eliseo was terrific.
He was extremely nice and efficient.
We quickly established that we had something in common.
Both of us being horse people.

Your staff is the most inattentive staff I’ve ever seen in a car dealer. I’ve called numerous times and left messages and not once has anyone called back. When you tell somebody the cars gonna be ready at noon and then don’t call them and they wait until the next day. that’s not attentive if you’re going to behave as if you were a Yugo dealer then I understand. But in fact this is Mercedes Benz and you should be a lot more attentive to customers. Not returning calls numerous times it’s not exactly good service. I doubt anyone Well care about this comment, but that’s reflective of who you are

Service advisor Traci is courteous,seem knew my car very well despite this is my first time to meet her. She very much appreciative. Also my car look very clean. Thanks to all Service mechanic and to Traci be safe.
Traci is great! Virus protection measures very good except (1) door handle to leave building must be grasped and there is no sanitizer outside, and (2) when returning my car key, agent did not have gloves, needed to ask him to wipe down steering wheel and key.
Eleseo is a terrific asset for RAB...primary reason for me to go there

Angelo Gomez is such a wonderful asset to Mercedes-Benz of Marin. Given our car is an older model (2011) it does need service work from time to time, and for the past several years Angelo and the service department have taken great care of our needs. It is certainly a factor that would encourage us to make our next vehicle purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Marin.
