Angelo Gomez was very professional, perfunctory and handled everything as smooth as glass. Thank you for supplying a loaner vehicle. I signed paperwork before departing today and was not presented with any invoice or I would have protested. I did not expect an invoice of $29.93 Which was emailed to me. The loaner car was not fully Fueled before I departed and I don’t live locally but in Santa Rosa. Had I been told that I needed to fill the vehicle before I left today I would have filled the vehicle myself like I am accustomed to doing when I rent a vehicle from Hertz or Alamo. It’s just the principle. Thank you.
