The service people did not wear gloves in my car. The service person walked ahead of me inside and did not hold the door open for me. The car was returned with the cargo cover stuck in its track. The 6 ft distance was not upheld always. The car was clean-but an obvious spot on the driver seat was ignored.

I was impressed by Eliseo Estrada’s knowledge of my C300 and resolution of the mechanical issue. I’d give him and the dealership from my arrival with the issue to the loaner to the return of my car after it was related a 5-star rating.

Take one and half day to do a 30 min job .and I call tiws try to find out is my truck going to done today or not, and I got a call back 10 min before the service close, almost had no car to go home with it . Ok truck is done at noon time next day but it s not washed Because no time
