My expectations were low. The last time I had scheduled this recall work with the dealer, I brought the car in as scheduled only to be told they ran out of the part. This time Eliseo managed the process exactly how it should have been managed.

I always count my blessings to have Eliseo as my service advisor. No matter how challenging the environment is, Eliseo always comes thru with excellent service. Given the Covid 19 stay at home environment, Eliseo is working with limited resources. I was out of town, but my car broke down just before I left town. Eliseo was able to get my car to service while I was away. He is a miracle worker.
