Took way longer than expected
I believe your prices are too high. The prices deter me from wanting to come back. Your customer service is good, but you need to rethink your prices if you want clients to return.

I came in with an issue that I believed dealt with a software setting. I was told that it would cost $190 just to diagnose the problem. I think that was ridiculous given that it was a simple fix that was solved by changing a setting on the software (like I originally said). Yes they did a manual fix on my door, but that was not my main issue and it was not why I originally came in. I think it was absurd to charge me $190 for a software setting. I was also told that my issue could have only began with someone who directly edited the software settings on the car, but this issue began when I accidentally pressed a strange combination on my car keys. I feel like I was misinformed and overcharged.
Very satisfied with service today. Everything went as scheduled, Robin kept me informed on the status of the car, people social distances and masked.
Can't go anywhere else but Longo Lexus.
