The agent is polite and helpful. They also provide coffee, drinks and snacks. The place is spacious, nice and clean. Outlets for smartphones and electric devices.

Robin is excellent, professional and efficient. He doesn’t try to add any fluff and understands I’m a busy person and just need to get in and get out. He kindly and considerately prepared my paperwork and had my car parked for me to sign the paperwork and leave once I arrived. I always ask for Robin whenever I need my car serviced.

John is a good rep and tried to help get my car back on a timely basis. Still waiting for over 2.5 hours is a tad slow and excessive for a simple oil change.
Mr.wong was very professional very nice the minute he called me to go over vehicle history. Mr.Wong explained to me what service was going to be done.
He then notified me via cell phone that the car was ready.

A better communication between service department and Concierge desk would help. I received contradictory info starting with car pickup, service and the what would be in the service. There was no problem with the car pickup, service and the car delivery back to me. The text messages I received from the Concierge desk were contradictory and confusing. Service rep Beau Ly cleared up the problem.
Kelly is always so accommodating and helpful. He is a true example of what excellent customer service is.
