The wait is excessive. Having an appointment to change 1 tire and had to wait for more than 3 hours for completion is not satisfactory. I can go a tire center to have 1 tire replaced with less than 1 hour.

I would like to thank you Mr. Daniel Castaneda for his patient to explain the setting up appointment from the service department.( They just disappointed service, and there’s no one named Ashley or Vanessa as they’ve told me) I have to wait for the service from 10:00am until 2 35pm. Over 4:1/2 hours. This is not acceptable. As I have told that please scheduling my car appointment at the least busy time. Thanks
