Exterior and interior didn’t get cleaned, not even vacuumed. When I had my Lexus service in Asia, the car always cleaner than expected. I don’t know why I was told that my car would get cleaned here at Longo but ended up with disappointment.

Kelley Yang was amazing as usual.
I was disappointed that my Lexus was not washed. I was told it was because it has runners but I have been taking my car there for service since I bought it in 2010. Runners were installed almost immediately and my car was always washed before. After spending almost $1000 this time the minimum would have been to wash it.
Francis is an excellent service rep. A definite asset to your company. I would return to Longo because Francis provides the type of service I would expect from a Lexus dealership.
Rene has been awesome in the servicing of my car. Most dealer service departments aren’t always known for being ethical, Rene is different. He seems to have a good understanding that an honest relationship with customers seems to bring them back and make them spend more with the dealer. Thanks to Rene, Longo got a new repeat customer. You all need to promote that guy, people can learn a lot from him.
