Mr. Wong called me to his office, explained the scope of service and the promised completion time. While waiting for the car, he texted me twice checking about if I have questions or concerns. When service was complete, he came out and provided me with the service papers. All in all, he acted in a professional manner and was very courteous.

I wasn’t explained exactly what was done but what was needed and after spending $1500 I didn’t even get a car wash very disappointing in the services time. May need to look for other options

I really wish your dealership providing your own shuttle service instead of having Uber to give customer rid since Uber driver was very rude to me and yelling at me even though he showed up very late without making an apology.
