Also, I am not sure whether it was short staffed, I waited for almost an hour after my car was done and out for cleaning. Jennifer Nam, my former service consultant, saw me waiting for my car, she personally brought my car to me! Great service ????

Really happy with Longo and will rate as a 5. One thing was a little off though when I picked up the car. There was a strong odor in the car like cologne. Don’t know if that’s a air freshener the destiler is using or something else. But I would say to eliminate that in the future

They check and fill my tire pressure, and they also clean my car as extra service, they also change my seat setting and turn my air conditioner to lowest temperature and change radio channel in the short time of service. I hope Lexus can develope a full electric car without gasoline.
