Great place with nicest ambiance I ever saw at any car dealership. Only complain I have is pre purchase verification needs to be more detailed when something is charged $190. I was checking the the entire process through the window for 3 hours. The car was on the lift but the mechanic was taking his own sweet time. More over when I asked him if he has checked LX 470’s hydraulic suspension, he told me he forgot and he would do it at the time of delivery. Braking system pump was not checked even. No road test. As a first time Lexus customer I was expecting a lot from a leading dealership like Longo !
From start to finish, Michael was extremely professional and courteous. I was pleased by the constant updates on my vehicle provided by Michael. He put me at rest that my car was in good hands. He also went above and beyond by checking with the collision center on a price quote for me and check in with the car loaner team when I left an item in the car. Thank you Michael! We be back!
First of all, Jim was great as always. Excellent communication and great customer service. My answering “No” is in regards to my tire pressure light finally turning off after they replaced two sensors, but when I arrived home 20 minutes after picking up my vehicle from Longo, the tire pressure light came back on again. I did leave a message with Jim after hours and am waiting on his callback but I am a bit frustrated with how the situation has turned out.
