First of all, the service provided was unprofessional with incompetent staffs who does not provided no reassurance of service warrant. Example. an alignment that was not done correctly. As a facility that services many vehicles can not master a task of proper alignment. It’s show how incompetent staffs are. Shouldn’t have to take it in and have it re done. Second, the 10% discount on windshield was never credit as mention. Again, show how deceiving someone can said something and never followed through. Lastly, the windshield should be replaced with no question asked because of warranty. Without corporate involvement Longo will not provide any reassurance on replacement. As a customer, I felt betrayed and will never service my vehicle there again. I don’t need to be Lexus loyalty to felt this way. No one should. I own six Lexus vehicle all service by Keyes Lexus. They being taking care of all my vehicle maintenance need with no complaints. I know you don’t care. That is why a negative feedback is given you and the management you worked for.
