I am so grateful that I was paired up with John Yang as my service advisor. I’ve worked with other advisors in the past, and he’s definitely in a league of his own. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell that not only does he love what he does, but he also genuinely cares about helping customers. I seem to be outlasting my service consultants. I miss Melinda, David and Erik. My most recent person didn’t seem as caring or communicative. Palmer called me to let me know the car arrived and went over some of the service items. My service seemed much higher than it has ever been and I’ve owned a Lexus for years. He seemed less than thrilled that I asked for a discount on the service. I didn’t get any follow up communication about the status of my car. I only got a call when there was an issue with my payment, I think the numbers were written incorrectly. I’m accustomed to more communication while my car is in the shop. I respond well to texts. Calls work too.

This time it was an adjustment made to a replacement. Jim Palmer and Staff always know how to translate my unclear explanation and your Technicians know exactly what to do. There is a reassurance that they will solve the problem through their knowledge base and past resolutions. They are always professional and courteous.
