I had hot air blowing from air condition unit. Francis explained the issues and kept vehicle over night to ensure hose was not leaking.. my vehicle is running cool since I picked up on Friday. Francis also explained if the hot air reappears to bring vehicle back. It may be an issue under dashboard. Excellent customer service. I was able to get in and out of Lexus quickly.

Although the tire situation was fixed by a third party the service provided by Jacky was excellent. As I was waiting for my car once it was ready after paperwork she stepped out and saw me still waiting and quickly try to help me but just as she was handling my case the car was brought up.
I recommend Longo Lexus. Great place to buy Lexus and Toyota and their services are excellent.
