Michael Chico. Was very nice explanation the service that needed to be done for my car. He is an asset to the Longo Lexues. But car wash people did an trouble job on my car. It was a Nasty job that did.

I went ahead and marked completely satisfied even tho' my car was damaged while doing the service. Man Wong handled the incident in an extremely professional manner and ensured things were taken care of. It was upsetting to me to have had this happen but I can assure you that it was only Man Wong's demeanor and handling of the situation that didn't send me over the edge. I have found him to be responsive and I trust him. He is an asset to Longo Lexus. Thank you.
