Do you have and excellent service advisor working for you. He also keeps me advise when to bring my car in for my next service and he gives me to advise for my next service. When I call him he returns my calls when I have a question about my car. I believe that's a good trait and I believe that makes your company look well. So I will continue to take my car for service at your company as long as you have service advisors like Edgar working for you.
