I’m not satisfied because the problem with my car was resolved because the humming noise was not detected at the dealer even though I provided a video of the problem. This not first Lexus car abs I’m extremely disappointed how the warranty operates.

The 40,000 miles service cost a whole day, which is much longer than I expected. The advisor is nice. But the other service is not satisfied. My car was not washed when they return it. I asked to wash and they let me wait 20 more mins. But the car was still not clean after washing coz their car wash system was out of work. The worst thing is they blamed me for the damage of the loaner car, which was actually existed before I getting it. This is my 1st time to have service in Longo, I thought it would be a better experience, but it’s not.

I’m so thankful and grateful for Jennifer and the Longo Lexus Team for always taking care of me and my vehicle when I bring it in for any issues. There is no hesitation and I’m glad that the job gets done right. Even though I bring certain issues up, it always get done quickly and efficiently and without hesitation.
