My wife and I brought our Lexus vehicles to Longo Lexus of El Monte for our scheduled maintenance As usual we received prompt courteous and professional service Our service person, Francis Saldana, is quite simply exception He kept us informed and the service was completed as usual in a very professional manner I can not say enough good things about Francis Saldana . He is the best!
