This was 2 hours after a text message and a confirmation call from the service advisor that my car was ready to be picked up!!

Francis is very thoughtful to customers. He reminded me any changes in service area. For example, the service station for loan car is moved to curbside and there is no need to wait outside when picking up the car. Someone will call when the car arrives. I am very happy to have him help me with car maintenance.
Man was very helpful and explained everything that was needed on my car. He also was reachable which is great. He called me back shortly after I left messages. And texted me with updates on everything that was being done on my car.

Came in with a large nail in my front tire & repair or replace my tire - that was taken care of but my service representative also noted that there was a recall on my vehicle which he took care of. He was through & aware of my needs and aware of recalls. Good guy!
