Jackelyne was great! Given that I had hardly driven my car due to the pandemic she was able to receive approval on my service after 30 months. I sincerely appreciate it! I'm satisfied with the service but I hope they didn't wash the car at all. There's so much product residue specially the tire dressings they put that goes all over on the body panels when I got home. I have to wash the entire car again. Other than that, I am pleased with the service.

I went there last Friday for a tire rotatation. Not only it took them 5 hrs to do which the representative said that he will try he’s best to get me out soon. They charge me twice for the service when I checked my bank account. Mind you I waited patiently not asking for a Uber or Lyft the guy said we don’t have loaner cars but on your lot you guys have a ton of it. When I got my car around 5 pm not only did I notice dings and scratch to my car but the car wash they did was messy. I should have told them not to do any car wash. I tried calling the representative on my way home but no answer from them. Never ever coming back such a bad experience. Pls call me on my number ****-****-xxxx to dispute the double charge
Chief/Reader Jennifer is a nice service consultant. Sometimes come out impolite word can not be understandable.
