I purchased the floor rubber mats at your parts department and I was told they will put it in for me.
The car was available for me at 3pm and the floor mats were just thrown at the back of the car.
When you say you are busy it’s only because you accepted more customers for services than you can handle. So, stop telling your workers to keep saying “ we are very busy” so that we customers don’t have to wait hours and hours. This is just an honest response from a disappointed Lexus customer.
