Mr. Anzaldo was very helpful. He scheduled Uber ride for me, it was on time and I felt very safe. He kept me updated on my car services status and explained technician recommendations. He is always very courteous.
To be honest my first service experience wasn’t good. After the service, my car came back dirty with oil marks on the step door. The 2nd service, I got Edgar Anzaldo as the service advisor, after service, everything was perfect. Been going to Edgar Anzaldo eversince, no complain here. I live 1 mile from lexus of cerritos but don’t mind the drive as long as my car get service well.
Waited an extra 30 minutes for the "complementary car wash" it looked terrible.
Mr Michael Chico , he is a Gentleman by all means Very caring listens to your concerns.
Overall he is an asset to Longo Lexues.

I have been a customer of Longo Lexus since I purchased my vehicle in 2007. I typically do not do survey’s but Edgar Anzaldo is exceptional. His commitment and patience with his customers is outstanding. Most importantly, as I have mentioned to Mr. Anzaldo, based on previous experience, integrity at most car dealerships service departments is rare. However, Mr. Anzaldo is honest, and has integrity. If there is a problem or questions regarding my service experience, and/or vehicle diagnostics, etc, Mr. Anzaldo is always willing to correct it, or get to the bottom of the issue. I sincerely appreciate him as my service advisor.
I went to Lexus in Glendale before coming to Longo Lexus & can I just say Longo treated me so much better than Glendale. The vibes at Glendale were just trash & the customer service was just trash too. I came to Longos right after & man Edgar was such a cool guy he really showed that he cared for my needs & did his best to help out which he did! I just want to thank Edgar and longos for being so amazing.
