When I called to confirm when my car will be dropped off, the woman I spoke with didn't even know that my car was at Longo. She told me the reason for the call was to get set up for a 30,000 mile check up. My car was already being serviced for this service. She had no clue. I think this is very unprofessional. If she didn't know she could have told me to hold on and get the correct info instead of giving me incorrect info. Other then this I have no idea what the cost is of my service and have not heard if there was anything else wrong with the car or that everything is fine.

My appointment was at 11. I got there at 1055. I was greeted immediately by a kind person who was checking me in. He sent me inside to tt a service rep. Told her my concerns, she told me about 2 major recalls and I signed the papers. I had requested a “loaner.” I went to the desk, showed my dl and proof of ins and was off……25 mins later!!
