Francis is always great! He makes sure everything is fine. I have no complaints about Francis and only have great things to say about Francis. The one complaint I do have is that it took about an hour before I was able to get a loaner car…. I have never waited that long to get a loaner car before and it was an excessive amount of time to have to wait after dropping your car off for service.

The service provided by Francis Saldana was outstanding, he really showed that he cared about my issue. This was probably the best client service I have ever experienced and I will definitely be coming back to Longo to get my car serviced again. Francis and the team at Longo, hands down provided exceptional service. Francis kept me updated with status of my car with texts and phone calls. His attention to details really made me feel that he cared about solving the issue. Which made me feel comfortable that I left my car in good hands. Even when I picked up my car Francis came out to greet me and explained the inspection that was provided and done. Even though there was no service performed on my car, just a reassurance that I needed to make sure the car was safe to drive. Francis said that any issues or problems that may arise from the car to come right in and he would take care of me. Again this was some of the best customer service and an excellent overall experience. Thank you Francis and Longo.
