Longo Lexus service has been excellent
I am always impressed with Longos staff and facility amenities. This is the first time bringing my Lexus to Longo for repair. I won’t lie I was shocked at the labor costs for replacement of a part that was very accessible on top of the engine. $760.00 to place a $40 ish part in an accessible location. I couldn’t find the labor rate on my invoice but I was pretty shocked to say the least. Will I be back to Longo for repair? Jury is out on this question.
Amazing and very impressive service. All staff are very friendly and accommodating and very easy to work with. The service was very quick and the technician i believe is very experienced. My service professional named Francis was very very nice and helpful. I am now moving my service and location for purchases to Longo because of this even if im more than half hour drive away. Keep it up folks.
Very good customer service
Dave Parada was very good by communicating with me and calling me back quickly. However, I was very disappointed with Longo not covering the water leak that soaked the front passenger carpeting. They claimed it was caused by spiders clogging up the drain tube for the AC condensation. Such a silly explanation. Also, when I looked it up online, I found that Lexus has had this problem for years for many Lexus models. It is obviously a design deficiency that the warranty should have covered. I am very disappointed with Longo and will, in the future take my car elsewhere for maintenance. Longo’s reputation will suffer and I have told others with Lexus cars of the wet carpet fiasco.

Man goes out of his way to help his customer. Being knowledgeable with the different features of the vehicles gave him the advantage to completely assist his customers with their problems. He is an asset to the dealership.
