She did her job professionally and I am very happy with the service received.
It took them over 20 minutes to “find” my car after I had paid. I asked to speak to the manager but no manager game to speak to me. I am currently shopping for my next car. It will not be a Lexus.
As always Edgar is great. Very prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I always ask for him for him it goes down to service. I’m sure that the ladies and gentleman are great as well. I get the great service from Edgar each and every time.
I was so surprised to see my gas tank filled!!! Thank you! I was trying to figure out where I'd go get gas when I picked it up since I only had a few miles left. And was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car! Thank you! And for making everything quick and easy!

I got checked in outside and was told someone will call me. I waited 1/2 hour for someone to help me . Finally I went up to the front desk and I was told my name wasn’t on the list. I was lucky to have David Parada went out of his way to find my order and helped me . Maybe it was a busy day and I had to wait 4 1/2 hour for my car. Other than waiting too long for my car, I’m happy with the service.
This is my first time to work with Rene and I’d like to say that he gave me excellent service. He’s very friendly but professional and made sure all my questions were answered. He took care of me.
I’d like to say too that whoever picked up my car was very good too. He knew his stuff well and was very friendly.
