Everything went extremely well except when it was time to receive my car. The valet service was lacking sufficient staff so my wait was delayed more than it should have been.

MR RENE, is a great customer service please give that man a raise . We asked him about one of the low battery and he went out of his way and changed it right away after the car was finished he called us really fast with great news about our Lexus . You guys really go above and beyond and I’m grateful that my mom traded her Benz for a Lexus 11 years ago and she has been a fan of a Lexus ever since

Very efficient staff, from concierge to service advisor to the loaner department. We had to wait a little because the loaner car was on empty but it didn’t take too long. Jennifer kept me updated on my car, and my car was ready for pick up the next day, washed and filled. ????????
