I appreciated not having to wait very long before Rene called me. He quickly told me about the reveal on the interior door handles. He informed me that it would take about 4 hours to complete the 30,000 service and recall repairs. I took him up on taking a loaner vehicle instead of waiting. Picking up my vehicle today was painless
