Mistaken identity - someone was checked in as me. It was a good thing I checked on my appointment since others who came later was checked in and done before I was. Kelly was great and cleared it up quick. The pick up of my car took half an hour after payment - I didn’t understand that. The carpet and plastic pad had dirty big shoe prints so someone took it back to clean and that took about another 10 minutes. Exterior wash missed a lot of spots.
Kelly was awesome! Super accommodating and easy to work with as usual. Longo and its clientele are lucky to have him. He’s a rockstar.
Great service provided by Frank and Beau. Are car broke down while traveling back to Arizona. We were given high priority for repair. Couldn’t say enough good things about the whole experience.
The crack on my windshield is still present and if was wondering if they can try again to see if it will get smaller.
