You ask us to make an appt. to correct a lock recall after I make the appt. check in and wait 45 minutes to check in and speak to a service rep. I am told the part needed isn't in stock that it should arrive by the next day. It doesn't arrive so now we are told again it hasn't arrived yet they will call when the job is complete. We didn't get a call but we got a text at 4 p.m. you close at 5pm. Unable to make it before 5 pm we had to wait until Monday morning to pick up the car. Don't make appt. without having the part. Poor management and customer service. Very unhappy with Lingo.

There was a line full of cars. Robin looked for me inside to give me my paperwork quickly because he saw that I was only there for my 5000 mile service. I appreciated that.
Beau did great job but car was not washed well. There is dust left on the exterior body of the car.

He was most polite and helpful. Service was excellent. Brought car in because I picked up a nail and tire had to be replaced. I bought the car two months ago and was never told that I could purchase tire protection at that time. I asked Frank if he could find out if I could buy protection plan now and unfortunately I was denied. The sales rep was George King and he never told me at the time of the sale that I had an option for either an extended warranty on the vehicle or tire protection. Sad that I had to spend $300 for a new tire. And all because someone did not inform me of other option availabilities at time of purchase. But service yesterday was very nice!
