I liked the fact that even tho I had to wait for my vehicle to be ready, I liked how Mr Man Wong kept me posted with the information that I needed to know, he is very professional!! John Yang is very professional and very helpful, but I’m just a little bit disappointed with the quality of Lexus. It’s only 27,300 miles and A/C got problem. I take good care of my car and have oil change every 3000 miles. My previous Toyota didn’t have any problem. I sold it at 135000 miles. Pray that everything will be fine with routine maintenance. Once again, thanks for John Yang’s help.
