Man Wong is amazing. I left my work badge in my car and he retrieved it for me to pick up while my car was being worked on. He also took my car back and washed it himself when I asked for a car wash when I was picking up my car. He is a true customer experience pro.

Please do not discriminate against me because I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. The CDC has already exposes covid-19. Please stop wearing mask. You don't have to wear it for the rest of your life.

Last time I gave the key to the person and went to the hall to wait for asking. I have waited at least one hour and I asked the front desk how long I still need to wait, then she checked the waiting list for me and found that I was skipped. Nobody knew the reason included me. Therefore, I think you should pay more attention to this part and don’t waste guests’ time anymore.
