David Parada is great. However,the car wash service is poor, and also I continued to get notifications my doors or windows were left open, whether inside or outside the service garage.
Made an appointment for 11am and it took 2 hours for 1 tire to be replaced under warranty. I think I showed up around 11:15am

Beau was great. I was waiting to be called to meet with an advisor after dropping my car off and it was taking a while so i walked to the front desk to asked and he overheard me asking and took the time to see me right away. He was very informative. He gave me really great estimation of when my car would be done. Last time I was there I had To wait way longer than I should’ve and it was before Covid. When i got back to pick up my car, he saw me walking in a referred to me by name and was quick to get the process started. I asked Questions and he was patient and genuine with his answers. He was great and I would Probably prefer to request for him for my next visit.

Had a problem with my car and as usual Francis Saldana processed the car promptly and kept me informed about the repair status regularly. He was very informative made sure we knew exactly what work was being done. I cannot day enough about the attention we get from Francis. Always curteous,informative, and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to deal with him.
Especially with Francis who was knowledgeable about everything and very encouraging provided me with updates and understood my situation for picking up finished vehicle. This made me feel confident in your service and was not at all like the service I received 5 years ago on same recall
