Edgar was very professional as always but also he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have things progress smoothly. And my car detail was so very perfect living up to the quality team that are at Longo Lexus Edgar was at my car as I saw my NEW car after detailing and I sure appreciated that gesture.
