I’m a loyal customer and lives here in Torrance. Understand that you are swarmed with so many customers that’s why you can just shoo away customers . I came for service . He asked what does I need and could only tell him what I know the time he questioned me. Then when I paid, I remember my moonlight door to be sling ops all the time and just annoying and also allowing heat inside when it slides open.of course I can’t close when I’m driving. Thanks to jelly yang told me I’m still covered in my warranty but only up to January. I asked him if he can take a look. He refused and said cant do anything anymore as there are cars lined up already. I guess that’s my share of being loyal??????!

* Called around 11:10am for a service appointment. Time set at 1:00pm
* Arrived at 12:50pm in line, turn in the key. Q Asked : preferred service mechanic. Ans: no. Q: how long do I have to wait? And: it depends.
* Checked the front desk Shella & a gentleman at 3:10pm. No record for the car!??? Starting to search the car in the parking lot.
* at 3:30pm. They printed out auto Infos to look for the vehicle.
* at 3:40pm. Workorder done. Service initiated by Edgar Anzaldo.
* The initial negligence by the serviceman at the checkin for not recording was very very bad.
* We were glad, after two plus hours waiting, that Mr. Edgar Anzaldo stepped in to find out what was going on and resolved the situation professionally and enthusiastically. Mr. Edgar Anzaldo is an outstanding Service Consultant at Longo Lexus. Congratulations!
