Francis provided outstanding customer service. I called to say my Lexus 350 shows a light for my tires. I was afraid to continue driving the vehicle in case something major was wrong with tires. So I called the regular line to
Make an appointment and was told I could not get a loaner till 28th of October. I then called Francis direct and he said bring it right away and he will help with a loaner. My Lexus was in the shop for couple days for regular maintenance and the screw that fell off front fender was replaced plus detail sanitized the vehicle.
Francis shows A positive yes I can help attitude. This type of service is why I continue to buy my vehicle at Longo Lexus and use your service department.

James was amazing but Lexus was awful. I switched over from bmw to Lexus and its such a disappointment. I had issue with the Lexus app and I spoke to numerous people over the phone from Lexus , and brought my car to the dealership but my app issue still haven’t resolve.
Edgar does an excellent job in ensuring that I’m aware of the progress of my vehicle being serviced.. ... I always ask for him because I know I will receive outstanding customer service.
