Hello, I’ve been a loyal customer to Longo Lexus for years, I’ve bought 2 cars here and my daughter has also bought her vehicle here because we’ve been extremely happy with the service until this time. I brought me car due to a faulty battery I knew it was under warranty because I bought a new one here a little over a year. I thought it was going to be an easy fix. I was told to leave the car to have it checked overnight, I received no answer until a couple of days later saying it was in fact the battery was faulty, received a text later saying that there was something else going on with my car. Mr. Wong informed me I would have to agree to pay $550.00 for a diagnostic and for whatever needed to be fixed. I told him I had extended warranty, bought here, but he immediately told it would be not covered. I told him to let me know as soon as they found the issue. For the next few days I was told the mechanic needed time to find the problem. He texted me a couple of times to tell me he would be off and would let me know of the status, almost a week later and my car issue not resolved. Finally I asked to speak to a manager, but was told he was on vacation, I asked to speak to someone else , but this person was in a meeting, left a message. Fortunately Paul called me back and within a day all was taking care of . He was extremely helpful and found out my insurance was taking care of it. Now my car has a problem with the tire pressure warning, but was told by Lexus to keep driving to reset, I hope it’s not something serious as I didn’t have this problem before. sorry for the lengthy answer, but Mr Wong created unnecessary stress, which all could’ve been handle differently. Thank you.
