The service I received dropping off my vehicle was good. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and overall vehicle inspection. With a coupon it cost me $210. When I picked up my vehicle the initial service person who helped me was on the phone and asked an associate to help me. Obviously I wasn’t his customer because he handed me the paperwork and told to be on my way. I asked him about the inspection and he told me it was fine without reviewing the report. I asked him how were my breaks he said fine. I don’t know how much life is left on them. I also don’t know if my tires were rotated since the service person automatically assumed my front and back tires are a different size which that aren’t. Anyway I was pretty annoyed when I left. Got a loaner. However without telling me when I returned the vehicle they charged me $9.00 for fuel. I only drove the vehicle home. May be 2 to 3 miles. Never used $9 fuel. I willl dispute the charges if not refunded. Very disappointed a recall. Should provide service
It’s very expensive , the labor costs more than $800 for 3.5 hours. That’s crazy price!!!

James was thorough with explaining what need to be done with my 55,000 miles service. The service person in the car loan department was very friendly and polite. The porter guy was super accommodating and polite when I asked if he could go get my garage remote control that was left in my car. No attitude face. Longo Lexus is number one because all your employees are number one. I only have one minor complain, three times I have been there, my car wasn’t wash. You guys don’t offer that service any more? Over all I would give you a 4.5 stars.
