David did a great job. I don’t understand, though, why I had to wait 15-20 minutes when I had gone to the trouble to make an appointment. Likewise, I paid in advance, but my paperwork was not ready when I arrived and I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes. These are small things, but these “conveniences” like appointments and paying in advance did not appear to offer any advantage over just showing up. Thanks for your attention

It was very nice of Rene to accommodate my car for service without appointment and also my car was done early than I expected. Thanks to Rene and his service machanics, I would say, that your company Is lucky to have them because they are your assets.
When I pick up the car it was not washed. I have to wait another 45 mins to an hr for it to wash. I also requested that the pen check marked on the wind shield to be erased but it was not done. Beau Ly provided good service in updating us with the development of the service until the vehicle is finally ready.
You went above and beyond my expectations! I am completely satisfied and I am proud to be part of the Longo Lexus family for life.

The price for the services performed was too high.
Waited one hour for a loaner vehicle. If a loaner was requested when making an appointment - It should be ready for the customer, not letting them wait for one hour for it.
