Man Wong is excellent which is why I always ask for him. He is very efficient - outstanding service.
However , I do want to add that the courtesy cars take a long time to get issued. Maybe need more staff there or streamline the process. I waited at least 30 min to get the car checked out
Edgard Anzaldo and Longo Lexus have always provided the best service. The quality of Lexus products and of the service have motivated me to buy five lexus in the last twenty years. Edgard is the last of three service advisor and he is doing an excellent job

I was initially disappointed when I first called and spoke with service receptionist, was told first available appointment was over 2 wks because I was requesting loaner car. Fortunately I called back another day and was given an earlier appointment.
Beau was very helpful and informative.
When I made my appointment I had asked for a loaner car. It took over thirty minutes for a loaner car to come available. My appointment was at 10:30am. I was advised that they had to wash a loaner car for me to use.
In the afternoon I received a call advising me that my car was ready to be picked up. I paid for my service and was advised that my car would be right up. After 5 minutes I was advised that there were two other vehicles ahead of mine. 10 minutes later I was advised that my vehicles was currently being washed. 10 minutes later I was advised that the were two vehicles ahead of mine to be washed. At that point I asked them to forget the wash and just bring my car to me. I have never had as bad of an experience as I did with this appointment at Longo Lexus. The lack of helpfulness and customer service was extremely disappointing.
