Jennifer was extremely responsive and communicative regarding my 40,000 mile service. She was able to answer any of my questions and made sure my car was returned back to me as soon as possible. I look forward to returning to Longo and having my car serviced by Jennifer. Also, I appreciate all of the safety precautions that Longo has taken regarding COVID.

Friendly staff that was ready to answer all questions! Loved the current borrowed vehicle while awaiting for my car! Waiting to pick it up tomorrow! Really appreciated most of the staff wearing their masks around customers as it’s important to protect everyone around us during this pandemic!
