I’ve had this service appointment for 2 weeks, I was supposed to have a loaner car ready and that was not the case. Apparently you guys were all out of cars. Then I was offered a rental from enterprise next door... and there was a half hour to 45 min wait. I needed to be at work soon and I was there with enough time to drop off my car and pick up my loaner car... not to get a run around. I opted for uber(the fastest way to get to work). Worse part was when I needed to pick up my car that afternoon. Uber was sent to me 3 times without any success of my uber driver finding me. Needless to say Jim Palmer got my car dropped off to me later that evening.

Everything was ok Except i think they forgot to reset the light indicator on the dash.theres a light on that i dont remember seeing.i called and left a message
