When I picked up the car the driver side seat/door panel was all Black and greasy. I really think someone should have made sure that the car when picked up was clean as when it was dropped off.

I came to Longo Lexus to resolve the recall issue for my vehicle and to get at alignment. Mr. Palmer was very helpful and provided excellent customer services. He let me know the status of my vehicle throughout the day and let me know about other services that may be needed for my car. I got a loan car for the day and the person that helped me get the loan car was great. She provided great customer service and the loan car was very clean. The only bad part was I didn’t get the complimentary car wash even though I specifically ask Mr. Palmer if I can get my car wash but unfortunately my car wasn’t wash when I went to pick up my car. Other than that, Longo Lexus provided good service and made everything easy. Thank you.
