After the service I normally get my vehicle detailed by dealership before. But this time my vehicle was still stained and dusty. I don’t think this is Longo standard. I don’t have to compare this service with MB, BMW and other Lexus dealers but even Honda and Toyota provide better services than the service I got from Longo. My wife and I am very disappointed.

Rudy Ayala went out of his normal service duties, when I asked for help paring my iphone to my vehicle. But then again “service “ is why I bought my vehicle at this Longo Lexus dealership.
