Jim and the service provided were excellent, as always. I'm a little troubled by what happened with my car though. I've always performed maintenance with Longo. AAA changed my battery and noticed radiator fluid leak and hosing that looked intentionally clamped off. I couldn't explain nor understand how that happened. My car is only serviced by Longo yet this was not discussed nor noticed in the past. Even if Longo did not do this, they should have noticed. Had they done this, it was never explained why it was done. I cannot blame Longo for this but the act was clearly intentional.
